Mind what you think...

Your thoughts can change your life

Why is it that the same things keep happening to you? Do you always attract "the wrong" people into your life? Do you feel trapped in your old tracks? Do you get frustrated when your attempts to break your bad habits fail?

If you answered 'yes' to any of these questions, this will explain why.

Your brain is the most advanced creation in the known universe. There are more possible combinations of connections in your brain than there are atoms in the whole universe. This means the variations of thoughts and actions you can take are endless.

And yet you answered 'yes' to at least one of the questions above, didn't you? Now you're probably thinking "well, if I did new things every single day my life would be REALLY messed up.. I'd have to change address all the time, change job every day, try new a new pizza every day... Dude, there are only so many different things they let you put on a pizza!"

You're right. You couldn't – and you probably shouldn't – change everything you do and think all the time. But at least you want to change your bad habits, don't you?

You might say to yourself:

– I want to quit smoking; I know it's bad for me. But I like it. I want to quit, but it's sooo hard!

or

– I wanna lose weight, get back into those jeans that made my ass look so hot. But I really love pizza and hamburgers. I wanna get fit again, but it's so difficult!

Guess what? You will fail if you think like that. How can I be so sure? Let's put it this way: if you indeed think similar to this, wouldn't you surprise yourself if you in fact broke your bad habit?

There are two reasons for this.

The first is that you are addicted to your emotions. Not just the emotions you get from smoking, eating or whatever it may be. You're also addicted to the emotions of getting upset when you simply think about dropping the habit! Do you know what I mean?

The second reason is that you are literally telling yourself that it is difficult to quit – over, and over, and over again... Without even knowing it, you are giving your brain an instruction to make it more difficult for you to quit! Make sense? You are probably making it even impossible

And here's where the great part begins.
