Your future is not your past

You can change how you think about your habits, and in doing so, you can rid yourself of your destructive behaviour.

Just as I mentioned earlier, your brain is fully capable of an infinite number of thoughts. The only reason you keep re-using the same thoughts all the time, is that you're addicted to them. In the same way you're addicted to your emotions. And the more you keep using these thoughts, the more addicted you will get.

So when you want to change any negative habit that you have, what is the first thing you should do?

That's right – you change how you think about it!

How?

Well that's a little bit more complicated – but only a little. Since you have been feeding your brain negative information about how hard it is to break those bad habits, it will take a little time and practice for you to turn around.

More importantly, you will need the right tools. You couldn't possibly build a house no matter how much time and efforts you put into it, unless you have the right tools.

It's the same with this. And the better tools you use, the more amazing results you will get. I'm not talking about giving up smoking or weight loss. That's easy once you have learned how to use these techniques. It's really just the first step.

I'm talking about tools that will help you change into whatever you want, that will empower you and let you live the life you want!

Why should you settle for anything less?
